Dr. David Needham has over 20 years of Human Resources experience having worked in both the public and private sectors, leading functions both domestic and international. He received his master's degree in human resources and employment relations from Penn State University, his doctorate degree in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California (USC) and is finalizing his coaching certification from New York University (NYU). Dr. Needham has utilized his skillset to help recruit, train, develop, and coach the next generation of leaders.
With experience in several different industries, Dr. Needham has driven the talent needs of organizations working in several leadership and executive positions for companies like Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation, JetBlue Airways, Delta Air Lines, and AMETEK. He has served in leadership capacities responsible for the full suite of human resources functions managing turnaround operations to expanding operations by launching new facilities in the United States and Europe. Dr. Needham has a strong background in recruiting talent for organizations, developing training programs, organizational design for operating most effectively, and coaching leaders for success.
